  • We also offer to book international flights, comprehensive travel insurance policies and make restaurant reservations for each itinerary.

How does the planning process work?

We begin with a warm consultation to understand your preferences. Then we curate an itinerary based on seasonality, logistics, and experiential value. You can be fully hands-on or leave it entirely to us.

Can I include special interests?

Absolutely. Whether it’s visiting a site specific to your ancestors, attending a regional soccer match, or exploring niche cultural layers, we thoughtfully integrate your personal interests into the flow of your journey. Examples include:

How far ahead should I book?

In most cases, 4–12 months in advance is ideal. For one-of-a-kind accommodations, limited availability experiences and remote lodges, we recommend booking 12-24 months in advance, especially for peak-season. We can advise on timelines, but early planning secures the best options.

We earn commission from trusted suppliers and operators, but only when they align with your needs. We remain independent in our selections—flexibility comes first.

How does payment work?

Once you're happy with your itinerary, a 30% deposit is required to confirm your trip. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to departure. If you’d like to use your own points or miles for certain bookings, we’re happy to help integrate that into the plan.
