Upper Falls was founded by Jack Morris, a veteran of the luxury travel industry with more than a decade of leadership across London and Boston. He has traveled to over 75 countries across six continents—not to check boxes, but to understand the rhythms of different cultures, the value of local knowledge, and the difference between seeing a place and truly experiencing it.

At Upper Falls, we believe the world offers extraordinary variety—landscapes, cuisines, histories, and ways of life that reward curiosity and care. Our role is to help you access the best of it: the right guides, the right timing, the right balance between structure and spontaneity.
